I built Street TLT because the old playbook wasn't working — for me, or for my clients.

For years I watched people show up, do the work in the gym, and still struggle the moment they walked out. The training wasn't the issue. The system around the training was.

Street TLT is the system I wished I'd had — a way to actually see the patterns under the behavior, and a way to change them that holds up in real life. Not a 30-day challenge. A way of operating.
