Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Street TLT LLC ("Street TLT", "we", "us"). By creating an account, subscribing to any Street TLT plan, or otherwise accessing our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Street TLT offers the following subscription services:

All services are provided as-is for informational and wellness purposes only. See Section 3 below.

• Subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe and renew automatically at the end of each billing period
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain access until then
• No partial-month refunds are issued upon cancellation
• Subscription prices are subject to change with 30 days written notice to your registered email address

By using Street TLT, you agree to:

• Keep your login credentials private and not share account access with any other person
• Not attempt to access, view, or modify other users' data
• Not misrepresent your health data to obtain coaching recommendations inappropriate for your situation
• Maintain only one active account per individual
• Use the platform in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account suspension or termination without refund.

All content, frameworks, and materials on the Street TLT platform — including but not limited to coaching prompts, curriculum design, visual assets, and proprietary methodology — are the exclusive intellectual property of Street TLT LLC.

• The 8-Pillar Deep Health framework is a proprietary coaching methodology owned by Street TLT LLC
• The Foundation Gates system and all related protocols are proprietary
• You may not reproduce, distribute, teach, license, or create derivative works from our methodology without prior written permission
• Your personal data and content you submit remains yours — we do not claim ownership of it

• Street TLT may suspend or terminate your account for material violations of these Terms, without refund
• You may cancel your account at any time through Profile settings or by contacting support@streettlt.com
• Upon termination: platform access ends at the close of your current billing period
• Your data remains available for export for 30 days following termination, after which it will be deleted per our Privacy Policy

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Street TLT LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, health outcomes, or goodwill.

In all cases, Street TLT LLC's maximum cumulative liability to you for any claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the total amounts paid by you to Street TLT in the three (3) months immediately preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of [State TBD], without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Street TLT platform shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
